What services to we offer?

We offer three services

• A Fully Managed Service which is popular with many of our landlords to ensure that we remove any stress that can be related to being a landlord. For those oversea landlords or just those that don’t wish to be directly involved we offer a fast and proficient service.
• We also offer a Rental Collection Service which is not quite the full service but as the name sounds we collect the rent from the tenant each month and forward the rent to you.
• Finally we offer a tenant find service for those landlords that are happy to manage the property during the duration of the tenancy but use this service to find the tenant and do all the necessary paperwork to start the tenancy before handing it over to the landlord.
